April Lunch & Learn: ZERO-by-FIFTY: Missoula’s Path to Zero Waste
April 16 @ 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

April 16, 12-1pm
Did you know that if Missoula reduced our solid waste by 90%, it would have the same impact environmentally as taking 150,000 cars off the road every single year?
ZERO-by-FIFTY: Missoula’s Path to Zero Waste is a guiding document, helping our community to reduce our solid waste by 90% by the year 2050. It’s an ambitious goal, and we have accomplished a lot since it’s adoption in 2018. And, there is a lot yet to do. Join us for a presentation with Home ReSource and Leigh Ratterman, the City of Missoula’s Climate and Sustainability Specialist, about ways we are working toward these important goals for our community.
Home ReSource hosts free Lunch & Learns on the third Wednesday of each month to explore different zero-waste topics with our community. A simple meal is provided for those who RSVP.
